Bedrooms
There are 7 master suites all beautifully adorned with romantic four poster or Italian beds with custom bedding, pillow top mattresses and uniquely furnished to the highest standard. Artwork and finest silk drapes are in abundance. All rooms have TV/DVDs. The eighth bedroom has been created as a bonus sleeper den.
The Grand Master Suite has a magnificent marble bathroom with walk in twin head shower and oversize Roman Jacuzzi Tub, dual walk in closes and his and her bathroom. This room also has its own private sitting room, with a dining table, sofa and spectacular lakefront views and private poolside access.
Four further Master Suites are of a similar size and quality and also have either sitting rooms or lounge areas, together with private balconies to sunbathe or private poolside access.
The sixth Master is a Family suite with two Queen beds, sleeping four or more persons. This room has its own private lakefront balcony.
The remaining Master en-suite has Twin beds. An eighth bedroom/ sleeper den can also be set up by request, with two further twin beds.
Lounges and Sports Room
The Grand Lounge is without doubt the magnificent centre piece of this amazing home, with soaring 30 ft ceilings, sweeping grand staircase, minstrels galleries, chandeliers, illuminated tray ceilings, crown mouldings and floor to ceiling drapes, this lounge really has to be seen to be believed. Dual French Doors lead directly to the pool side with uninterrupted views over the lakefront.
The second reception lounge is equally as impressive, again with tray ceilings and chandeliers, this is also the Grand Piano lounge.
A second butlers staircase leads off this lounge to the Sports Room. This enormous 40 ft sports room, is equipped with a full size antigued pool/billiards table and games area. A multi gym, tech-no bench fitness center, 60" Pasma Cinema/Theatre, also featuring a butlers bar, is fully climate controlled and has a delightful outside balcony to catch those stunning sunsets.
Gourmet Kitchens
Custom designed with galaxy polished granite, nouveau black appliances including twin fridge/freezer, icemaker, eye level cooking range, microwave and fully equipped for all occasions. Two breakfast bars and a large dining area/morning room adjoin the kitchen with seating for 16 persons, again with pool access and beautiful lakeside views.
Poolside
A breathtaking 55 foot Diamond Azure blue pool awaits you. This huge, gas heated pool features cascading waterfalls, a family size Spa/ Jacuzzi and a unique vanishing edge into the lakefront.
The outside deck is South facing and partially enclosed by a covered lanai for those who like to shade, this area also has dining seating for 12 or more persons.
There are two sunbathing decks on the ground level, with or without the screen for those serious sun worshippers and two further decks on the upper balcony level.
The pool area also has its own full size bathroom and shower without entering the villa, a summer bar and BBQ. This is the ultimate alfresco dining experience. Enjoy those barmy, romantic evenings almost 12 months of the year, with an unrivalled view over beautiful tropical landscaping and the lakefront.
Balconies
There are a total of over 130 feet of balconies on this Villa, the main lakefront balcony is an ideal spot for relaxation in the peace and quite or to view the 50" large screen HD TV under the stars. It is also used for our Wedding Ceremonies with its amazing lakeside backdrop and stunning scenery, with custom drapes and seating for 20 persons if required.

The Utility room has three high capacity, high speed washers and dryers, there are hair dryers in all bedrooms and plentiful linen and towels. Crib, high chair, cool boxes, irons and ironing boards and a variety of equipment to enhance your enjoyment of this spectacular villa.
Safety and Security
Your safety and security is all important to us. Formosa Gardens is a walled and gated community.
The Villa has a full security alarm and interconnected fire alarm system, with smoke detectors and emergency lighting, linked directly to central station. All windows and doors have child alarms, these can only be deactivated by an adult. There is a wall safe for your valuables.
